Another South American connection
We already knew about the connection with the Argentinian dictator Videla. Here is some picture-evidence that he was close to Videla's right hand Massaro.
It seems that some of the most brutal torture methodes were introduced by Bert, who started learning them during WOII and fine tuned these techniques in the middle-east and south america.
Btw, does anybody know who's the guy on the right?
