Bert is Evil ! - Leaking dikes...

Last summer a dike collapsed in the Netherlands, leaving a totally floaded village and huge insurance claims. One of the insurancemen took this picture which shows us a familiar face on the scene (of crime?). Seeing bert surely makes you wonder, has he found a new way to terrorize innocent citizens?
